Your First Chiropractic Visit
We love meeting new people and because the majority of the new patients we see are referred to us by our current practice members, we are always excited to meet their family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. When you first arrive you will be greeted by our warm and compassionate staff who are always willing to assist you in anyway.
Complete Your Paperwork Ahead of Time!
Our goal is to ensure that we completely understand your condition, so we require some paperwork to be completed prior to meeting with one of the doctors. If you have access to the internet beforehand you may complete these papers prior to coming into our office. This will save you time and shorten the duration of your first visit. We accept MOST insurance so if would like us to file your visit with us, please do not forget to bring your insurance card and a photo ID.
Your Examination
After completing the necessary paperwork you will meet with one of our doctors. They will discuss your condition and concerns with you and determine if our office and Chiropractic care is the appropriate treatment. If chiropractic treatment is warranted for your condition, the doctor will preform a thorough examination of your spine. In some instances, X-rays may be required and the doctor will discuss this at that time. After your have been examined and the doctor has determined the proper treatment protocol, they will discuss this with you.
Care Can Begin at This Visit
If you determine to move forward with care the doctor will begin the treatment process at this time. We understand that you are tired of dealing with your condition so we see no reason to make you wait for a follow up visit to initiate care.
Most initial visits take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. This time may vary depending on the severity of your condition and how long it takes for you to complete the necessary paperwork.
